The District 46 Spring Conference 2026, scheduled for May 9th, is poised to be a landmark event that celebrates the art of communication and leadership. This year, the conference adopts a hybrid format, enabling participants from around the globe to join either in person or virtually, thus catering to a wide audience with varied preferences.
The event boasts an impressive lineup of activities designed to inspire, educate, and entertain. Natsuyo Lipschutz, CSP, MBA is the managing principal of her strategy consulting firm, ASPIRE Intelligence. She is also an executive consultant for Breakthrough Speaking, a global public speaking consultancy. In addition, Natsuyo is the bestselling author of The Success Blueprint, which she co‐wrote with world‐renowned business speaker, Brian Tracy. She is also the author of Amazon Japan’s #1 rated presentation book, 20Ji Ni Sogiotose. The book is written in Japanese and it has also been translated into Korean and Taiwanese. In English the title means, “Say it in 20 words.” Her book in English, Uncover Your Message: The 3-Step Process for Presenting Your Ideas Effectively and Persuasively, Globally and Locally, is scheduled to be published in the summer of 2024. Kaila J. Lim is a public speaker, community builder, event facilitator, and runner driven by insatiable curiosity. She writes and photographs her world with honesty, sharing reflections shaped by her multicultural identity—half Korean and half Native American (Pueblo of Acoma). On her blog and on Quora, she offers insights from the lessons she learned the hard way, staying true to her mission to never trade authenticity for approval. I write because I am already naked, she says, a declaration of vulnerability and truth. Based in New York City, with yearly returns to Seoul, Kaila is building an unconventional future rooted in curiosity, connection, and self-trust. Scott Mason, also known as the Myth Slayer, is a Columbia Law School graduate who has spent over 20 years working as an attorney and senior executive in the government and non-profit sectors. He later became an entrepreneur, successfully expanding a manufacturing company into a major operation serving prominent corporate clients across two cities. Currently, he operates his own coaching and speaking business, focusing on transformative executive leadership coaching for lawyers. Scott has contributed insights to various media, including books, online magazines, TV, radio, and numerous podcasts. He has hosted four podcasts, including the official podcast for District 46, “Transformational Pathways,” and “The Webdelics Podcast,” which aligns with his co-founded venture, www.Webdelics.com, a leading online resource on plant medicines. Additionally, he co-founded the Podcast Pioneers club in District 46, aimed at enhancing podcasting skills among Toastmasters.
Robert D. Share brings a wealth of analytic expertise and industry experience to his role as a Management Analyst with Mount Sinai Health System. LinkedIn With a background as an actuary specializing in insurance and reinsurance reserving, he is skilled at dissecting complex data and financial models — a foundation that informs his current responsibilities in healthcare operations analysis. George Rivera, MSEd., MBA, is a behavior analyst, professional speaker, educator, and organizational change strategist with nearly three decades of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations learn, grow, and transform. Rooted in applied behavior analysis, adult learning, and narrative neuroscience, his work spans clinical practice, enterprise training, teaching, coaching, and community empowerment with a particular focus on using story and behavior science to drive real and measurable change in high stakes environments. As an adult learning specialist and seasoned coach, he has designed and facilitated transformative learning experiences across schools, nonprofits, healthcare settings, and corporate organizations, always centering the human experience at the heart of growth and change. He has served as District 46 Director for Toastmasters International in New York City, earning President's Distinguished recognition, and brings a rare combination of classroom teaching experience, MBA level strategy, and frontline clinical expertise to every stage and facilitation space he enters. George is currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Change and Leadership at Baylor University, where his research focuses on why organizational change efforts fail and how human centered narrative informed approaches can create lasting transformation. Whether he is coaching a senior leader on their signature story, designing a workshop, or working with families in early intervention, George brings the same energy, warmth, and unwavering commitment to making learning stick and making people feel seen in the process.
Dianne Marino is an educator with over 40 years teaching experience in primary grades. She has a daughter, son, son-in-law, granddaughter and grandson. Currently she is a substitute teacher for 3 year olds through 2nd grade. She is also a children’s storyteller. Toastmasters has been a part of her life for eight years, she joined to enhance her storytelling skills. Along the way she became involved with leadership and has served in several club officer roles, as well as Pathways Guide, Pathways Ambassador, Area Director, Division Director and Administration Manager for District 46. Dianne’s greatest desire is to help others learn and develop their skills to become better communicators and leaders.
Sarina Jain is the creator of Masala Bhangra, a globally recognized dance fitness program that blends the high energy of Bhangra with the glitz and glamour of Bollywood into an accessible, joyful workout. For over 25 years, she has built a powerful community centered on culture, wellness, and connection, inspiring people around the world to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
