Natsuyo Lipschutz, CSP, MBA is the managing principal of her strategy consulting firm, ASPIRE Intelligence. She is also an executive consultant for Breakthrough Speaking, a global public speaking consultancy. In addition, Natsuyo is the bestselling author of The Success Blueprint, which she co‐wrote with world‐renowned business speaker, Brian Tracy. She is also the author of Amazon Japan’s #1 rated presentation book, 20Ji Ni Sogiotose. The book is written in Japanese and it has also been translated into Korean and Taiwanese. In English the title means, “Say it in 20 words.” Her book in English, Uncover Your Message: The 3-Step Process for Presenting Your Ideas Effectively and Persuasively, Globally and Locally, is scheduled to be published in the summer of 2024. Kim M. Sudderth is a dedicated community leader, environmental-justice advocate, and strategic planner committed to helping women build a “healthy conscious legacy.” Through her work, she focuses on equity, advocacy, and empowering individuals to transform their lives and communities. Kaila J. Lim is a public speaker, community builder, event facilitator, and runner driven by insatiable curiosity. She writes and photographs her world with honesty, sharing reflections shaped by her multicultural identity—half Korean and half Native American (Pueblo of Acoma). On her blog and on Quora, she offers insights from the lessons she learned the hard way, staying true to her mission to never trade authenticity for approval. I write because I am already naked, she says, a declaration of vulnerability and truth. Based in New York City, with yearly returns to Seoul, Kaila is building an unconventional future rooted in curiosity, connection, and self-trust. Scott Mason, also known as the Myth Slayer, is a Columbia Law School graduate who has spent over 20 years working as an attorney and senior executive in the government and non-profit sectors. He later became an entrepreneur, successfully expanding a manufacturing company into a major operation serving prominent corporate clients across two cities. Currently, he operates his own coaching and speaking business, focusing on transformative executive leadership coaching for lawyers. Scott has contributed insights to various media, including books, online magazines, TV, radio, and numerous podcasts. He has hosted four podcasts, including the official podcast for District 46, “Transformational Pathways,” and “The Webdelics Podcast,” which aligns with his co-founded venture, www.Webdelics.com, a leading online resource on plant medicines. Additionally, he co-founded the Podcast Pioneers club in District 46, aimed at enhancing podcasting skills among Toastmasters.
Robert D. Share brings a wealth of analytic expertise and industry experience to his role as a Management Analyst with Mount Sinai Health System. George J. Rivera, MSEd., DTM is a seasoned behavioral clinician, communication coach, keynote speaker, and longtime leader committed to helping individuals and groups “find their voice.” With nearly three decades of experience, he blends applied behavior analysis, education, and executive coaching to guide people toward clearer, more confident, and more authentic communication. LinkedIn As District Director of Toastmasters District 46 — covering Manhattan (north of 34th Street), the Bronx, and Westchester — George leads leadership-development, mentorship, and public-speaking initiatives across the district. He also runs workshops and training sessions (such as “Effective Evaluation Techniques”) to help speakers build presence, hone their craft, and grow as leaders.
Dianne Marino is an educator with over 40 years teaching experience in primary grades. She has a daughter, son, son-in-law, granddaughter and grandson. Currently she is a substitute teacher for 3 year olds through 2nd grade. She is also a children’s storyteller. Toastmasters has been a part of her life for eight years, she joined to enhance her storytelling skills. Along the way she became involved with leadership and has served in several club officer roles, as well as Pathways Guide, Pathways Ambassador, Area Director, Division Director and Administration Manager for District 46. Dianne’s greatest desire is to help others learn and develop their skills to become better communicators and leaders.
